If I were God

So fresh so pure,
This green isn't sick,
But still needs a cure,
Over heating and over whelming,
We're tearing this apart.

For if only I were a god,
I'd sell this planet,
In a second,
For its futures sake.

So stand up,
And take responsibility,
For the actions that are your own.

For if only I were a god,
I'd sell this planet,
In a second,
For its futures sake.

You hold the world,
Right in your hands,
You thrive upon it,
And claims it's lands,
For your own sake,
Greed and gluttony is all you know.

For if only I were a god,
I'd sell this planet,
In a second,
For its futures sake.

For if I were a god,
I'd be as cruel,
As the one before,
I speak to teach,
but no one listens to me.

For if only I were a god,
I'd sell this planet,
In a second,
For its futures sake.

As I preach,
Of these cities,
Buried so far beneath,
It isn't our past,
We must embrace,
But the future,
Is looking backwards,
To a time, Without oils,
You'd sell yourself,
For that Texas gold.

For if only I were a god,
I'd sell this planet,
In a second,
For its futures sake.

For only if there were a god,
He'd have gotten rid of you,
So many years,
Ago.

For if only I were a god,
I'd sell this planet,
In a second,
For its futures sake.

So I suggest,
You kiss your ass goodbye,
Due to your actions,
We're gunna die,
Slowly cooking, I can feel the temperature rising,
As the world's capsizing,
From the inside out.

For if only I were a god,
I'd sell this planet,
In a second,
For its futures sake.
